Before you begin
- An active Encrisoft account
You need an account to sign in and access your dashboard.
- Access to your organisation's workspace
Ensure you can access the Encrisoft workspace you want to manage.
- Appropriate permissions.
Your account must have permission to view the dashboard and its setup checklist.
Getting to Know Your Dashboard
Once you sign in to Encrisoft, your dashboard is where you can get an overview of your organisation's activities and find your way to the platform's main features.
From here, you can manage people, run phishing simulations, assign security training, review human cyber risk, generate reports, and manage your organisation's subscription and settings.
You don't need to explore everything at once. The easiest way to get comfortable with Encrisoft is to understand what each section does and when to use it.

1. Start with the Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard is your starting point whenever you want a quick look at your organisation's current position.
Depending on your organisation's setup and activity, the dashboard can display information such as:
- AI credits: Check your available AI credits for creating courses with AI.
- Training Completion: View the training completion status displayed on your dashboard.
- Total Employee: See how many employees have been added to your organisation.
- Seats used vs purchased: Review your organisation's seat information.
- Risk Score: Check your organisation's risk score and whether a baseline has been established.
- Campaigns and Recent Activity: Find campaign information and a summary of recent activity where available.
You may also see prompts asking you to complete outstanding setup tasks, such as verifying your company domain, adding people, or starting a subscription.
If you're new to Encrisoft, these prompts can help you identify what needs attention before you begin using the platform fully.
A quick tip: If a dashboard card displays no data yet, it doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong. Some information only becomes available after you've completed the relevant setup or started using that feature

2. Use the Sidebar to Find Your Way Around
The navigation menu on the left side of your dashboard gives you access to Encrisoft's main sections.
Here's what you'll find in each one.
Dashboard
Return to your main overview to check your organisation's displayed metrics, setup progress, and recent activity.
People
The People section helps you manage the individuals associated with your organisation.
Use it to access employee information and manage your team as you prepare to roll out security awareness activities.
Depending on your organisation's setup, you may need to verify your company domain and purchase seats before adding employees or giving them access to relevant activities.
Simulations
The Simulations section is where you manage phishing simulation activities.
Phishing simulations help organisations understand how employees respond to simulated phishing attempts and identify opportunities to strengthen awareness.
Use this section when you're ready to set up or manage a simulation campaign.
Training
The Training section is where you access security awareness training activities.
Use it to work with training content designed to help employees recognise threats, understand security practices, and make safer decisions at work.
Training completion information may also contribute to the information displayed elsewhere in Encrisoft.
Risk
The Risk section helps you understand your organisation's observed human cyber risk.
Depending on the information available, you can explore overall risk, risk breakdowns, individual and department views, and changes in risk over time.
These insights can help you identify where additional attention or training may be useful.
Remember that a risk score is an indicator based on recorded activity, not a complete judgement of an employee's abilities or intentions. If your organisation has not yet generated enough relevant activity, some risk information may not be available.
Report
The Report section provides access to reporting features for reviewing and communicating information about your organisation's activities.
Use it when you need to consult available reports rather than navigating through individual sections to gather information manually.
The reports available to you may depend on your organisation's activity and access permissions.
Billing
The Billing section helps you manage your organisation's subscription and billing-related requirements.
Use it when you need to review your plan, manage billing, or access subscription-related options.
If your organisation needs additional employee seats or AI credits, check the relevant plan and billing options to understand what's available.
Security Logs
The Security Logs section provides access to recorded security-related events within the platform.
Use it when you need to review available log information as part of understanding activity within your Encrisoft workspace.
The information displayed may depend on the events recorded and your access permissions.
Affiliate Account
The Affiliate Account section is for accessing Encrisoft's affiliate-related features.
If you're participating in the affiliate programme, this is where you can find the relevant account area.
Settings
The Settings section contains organisation and account configuration options.
Depending on the available settings and your permissions, you may use this area to manage organisation details and access configuration options such as domain management.
If you're setting up Encrisoft for the first time, this section is worth exploring when you need to configure your organisation.

3. Understand the Information at the Top of Your Dashboard
The top bar contains useful controls that help you navigate the platform and manage your workspace.
Search
Use the search field to look for available items within Encrisoft. It provides a convenient starting point when you're trying to find something without navigating through each section manually.
The results available will depend on what the platform's search supports.
Organisation Selector
If your account has access to an organisation selector, you can use it to identify or switch between the available organisation workspaces.
Always check the organisation displayed at the top of the page to make sure you're working in the correct workspace.
Notifications
The notification icon provides access to notifications available to your account.
Check it for updates that may require your attention.
Profile Menu
Your profile menu displays your account information and provides access to the options available for your user account.
Use it when you need to access account-related options.

4. Follow the Setup Checklist if You're New to Encrisoft
If you're accessing Encrisoft for the first time, you may see a setup checklist on your dashboard.
This checklist helps you track the outstanding tasks required to get your organisation ready.
In the example dashboard, the checklist includes:
- Verifying your email.
- Setting up two-factor authentication.
- Verifying your company domain.
- Adding people.
- Starting a subscription.
The first two tasks are already completed in the example, while the remaining tasks are still outstanding.
Your checklist may look different depending on your organisation's progress.
Why is this important?
Completing the required setup tasks helps prepare your organisation to use Encrisoft's features.
For example, verifying your company domain helps establish that your organisation controls the domain used for employee email addresses. Adding people prepares your team for relevant security awareness activities, while a subscription and purchased seats may be required to access particular features.
You don't have to guess what to do next. Check the tasks displayed on your dashboard and follow the relevant prompts.

5. Know Where to Go for Common Tasks
Once you're familiar with the dashboard, finding the right section becomes easier.
Here's where to go when you need to complete some common tasks:
- Check your organisation's overview: Go to Dashboard to review your organisation's information and setup progress.
- Manage employees: Go to People to access employee information and manage your team.
- Set up a phishing simulation: Go to Simulations to create or manage simulation campaigns.
- Access security awareness training: Go to Training to access training activities.
- Review human cyber risk information: Go to Risk to explore your organisation's risk scores and identify areas that may need additional attention.
- Access available reports: Go to Report to review reports about your organisation's activities.
- Manage subscription and billing options: Go to Billing to access your organisation's subscription and billing options.
- Review recorded security events: Go to Security Logs to access available security-related records.
- Access affiliate-related features: Go to Affiliate Account to find the relevant affiliate account options.
- Manage organisation configuration: Go to Settings to access available organisation and account settings.
If you're unsure where to start, return to the Dashboard and use the information and prompts displayed there to guide your next step.
6. What If Your Dashboard Doesn't Show Any Data Yet?
When you first start using Encrisoft, some dashboard sections may display zero values, empty panels, or messages indicating that information is not yet available.
This can be normal during initial setup.
For example:
- No risk baseline: You may need to run your first simulation to establish a baseline risk score.
- Zero training completion: Your organisation may not yet have people participating in training activities.
- No employee activity: You may still need to add people and complete the relevant setup.
- Zero AI credits: Your organisation may need an applicable subscription before AI credits become available.
- No seats purchased: You may need to choose a plan or manage billing to purchase seats.
The important thing is to read the message displayed in the relevant section. It often indicates what needs to happen before the information becomes available.
If you've completed the required setup but still can't access an expected feature or information, contact Encrisoft Support for assistance.
7. Make the Most of Your Dashboard
You don't need to visit every section every time you sign in. The best place to start depends on what you're trying to accomplish.
Here are a few simple habits that can help:
- Start with the overview. Check your dashboard for important updates and outstanding setup tasks.
- Use the sidebar. Go directly to the section relevant to your task instead of clicking through unrelated pages.
- Pay attention to prompts. Messages on dashboard cards may point you towards actions that need to be completed.
- Check the correct organisation. If you have access to more than one workspace, confirm that you're working in the right one.
- Give new features time to populate. Some information only becomes available after the relevant activities have taken place.
- Ask for help when necessary. If something doesn't behave as expected, contact Encrisoft Support rather than repeatedly trying the same action.
You're Ready to Explore Encrisoft
The Encrisoft dashboard brings your organisation's key information and main platform features together in one place. Once you understand the sidebar, the dashboard cards, and the controls at the top of the page, it's easier to find what you need and know where to go next.
Whether you're managing employees, launching simulations, assigning training, reviewing risk, or handling billing, each section serves a specific purpose.
Start with the task you need to complete, use the relevant section, and return to the dashboard whenever you need an overview of your organisation's progress.
