How to Manage Your Billing on Encrisoft

Choosing a plan is more than picking a price. It’s about finding the right combination of features, users, support, and flexibility for your organisation.

Encrisoft gives you the option to compare plans, switch between monthly and annual billing, and view prices in GBP or NGN. You can also see what’s included with each plan before making your choice.

And there’s more. Your subscription also comes with AI credits, which you can use to generate courses for your organisation with AI.

Let’s take a look at what each option offers.

1. Open the Plans section

Sign in to your Encrisoft account and select Billing from the left-hand menu.

From the Billing page, select Plans.

You’ll be taken to the Plans page, where you can explore the available plans and compare what each one offers.

2. Choose your currency and billing cycle

Before comparing the plans, choose how you want to view and pay for your subscription.

At the top of the Plans page, you can choose your preferred currency:

• GBP (£)
• NGN (₦)

You can also choose your billing cycle:

• Monthly — pay for your subscription each month.
• Annual — pay for your subscription yearly and save 20%.

Select the currency and billing cycle that work best for your organisation. Your plan prices will update based on your selections.

3. Explore the Pro plan

The Pro plan gives your organisation access to a wide range of Encrisoft features and is priced per user.

With Pro, you get:

• Full training library
• Phishing simulations
• Automated remediation
• Employee management
• Risk scoring
• Advanced analytics and reporting
• Custom courses
• Branding and partial white-labelling
• Priority support
• 1,500 AI credits

The Pro plan uses per-user pricing, so the number of people you want to add to your organisation determines how many seats you’ll need.

What are AI credits?

AI credits are used when you use Encrisoft’s AI features to generate courses for your organisation.

Your subscription includes 1,500 AI credits. If you use all your credits before they reset, you can either top up your credits or wait for them to reset the following month.

Once the credits reset, you receive 1,500 AI credits again as part of your subscription.

Good to know: AI credits are included with your subscription, so you don’t need a separate subscription to use Encrisoft’s AI course-generation features.

4. Explore the Enterprise plan

Looking for something more tailored to your organisation? The Enterprise plan gives you more flexibility with custom pricing and additional features.

Enterprise includes the features available with Pro, along with options such as:

• Dedicated infrastructure options

Enterprise pricing is customised to your organisation, so instead of a fixed price, you’ll need to speak with the Encrisoft team.

5. Compare the plans

6. Choose your plan

Now that you’ve explored the options, it’s time to choose the plan that works for your organisation.

If the Pro plan has everything you need, select Subscribe to continue.

If your organisation needs the additional flexibility and custom options available with Enterprise, select Contact Sales to speak with the Encrisoft team.
