Before you begin

  • Create Your Encrisoft Account

    To use Encrisoft, you first need to create an account. Enter your details during registration and complete the account setup to access your Encrisoft dashboard

  • Verify Your Email

    Make sure the email address linked to your Encrisoft account is verified. Check your inbox for the verification email from Encrisoft and complete the verification process

To get your organisation ready on Encrisoft, complete the setup steps shown on your dashboard. These steps help you verify your account, add your team, and set up your subscription.


1. Create and secure your Encrisoft account

If you haven't created an Encrisoft account yet, start there. During account creation, you'll enter your account details, verify your email address, and configure two-factor authentication (2FA) to help keep your account secure.

Once your account is created and these steps are complete, you can continue setting up your organisation from the dashboard.

2. Add people to your organisation

The next step is to add the employees or team members who will use Encrisoft.

From the dashboard, select Add your team or open People from the left-hand menu. From there, you can invite the people you want to add to your organisation.

Adding your team members allows you to start using Encrisoft's features with your organisation.

3. Set up your subscription

To start using the features available with a subscription, choose a plan for your organisation.

You can select View plans from the dashboard or go to Billing in the left-hand menu to manage your subscription.

Depending on your plan, you may also need to purchase seats for the people you add to your organisation. You can check your available seats from the Seats section on the dashboard.

4. Check your organisation setup progress

The Finish setting up Encrisoft section on your dashboard shows your setup progress. It indicates which tasks have been completed and which ones still need attention.

You may also see other setup prompts on your dashboard, such as Add your team, View plans, or Add seats. These shortcuts can take you directly to the relevant part of Encrisoft.

Once the required setup tasks are complete, your organisation is ready to start using Encrisoft.
