Before you begin
- Encrisoft account
Make sure you have an active Encrisoft account and access to your account email address and password.
- Authenticator app
Have access to your authenticator app if two-factor authentication is enabled on your account.
Access your Encrisoft account in just a few steps. You'll need your account credentials and, a verification code from your authenticator app. Follow the steps below to access your Encrisoft account and dashboard.
Step 1: Open the Encrisoft website
Open the Encrisoft website in your web browser.
On the homepage, select Log In in the top-right corner of the page.
This will take you to the Encrisoft sign-in page.
Step 2: Enter your login details
On the sign-in page, enter the email address associated with your Encrisoft account.
Then, enter your password in the Password field.
If you want your login details to be remembered on your device, you can select Remember me.
Once you have entered your details, select Login.
Step 3: Enter your verification code
If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, you will be taken to the verification page.
Open your authenticator app to view your current six-digit verification code.
Enter the six-digit code in the Verification code field, then select Verify code.
Important: Authenticator codes change regularly. Enter the current code as soon as possible. If the code changes before you submit it, use the new code displayed in your authenticator app.
If you cannot access your authenticator app, select Use a recovery code instead and follow the instructions provided.
Step 4: Access your Encrisoft account
Once your verification code has been accepted, you will be signed in to Encrisoft and taken to your dashboard.
