How to reset a forgotten password

If you’ve forgotten your Encrisoft password, you can reset it using the email address linked to your account. Follow the steps below to create a new password and regain access to your account.

Step 1: Open the Encrisoft login page

Go to the Encrisoft website and select Login on the top-right side of the page.

This will take you to the Encrisoft login page.

Step 2: Select “Forgot Password?”

On the login page, select Forgot Password?

You’ll be taken to a page where you can request a password reset.

Step 3: Enter your email address

Enter the email address you used to create your Encrisoft account.

Make sure the email address is correct, then submit the request.

Step 4: Check your email

After submitting your email address, check your inbox for an email from Encrisoft titled “Reset your password.”

Open the email and select Reset Password.

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 5: Open the password reset page

After selecting Reset Password in the email, you’ll be taken to the Choose a new password page.

This is where you can create a new password for your Encrisoft account.

Step 6: Create a new password

Enter your new password in the New password field.

Your password must meet the following requirements:

• At least 12 characters
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one number

Use a strong password that you have not used for this account before.

Once your password meets all the requirements, select Reset password.

Step 7: Log in with your new password

After your password has been successfully reset, return to the Encrisoft login page.

Enter your email address and your new password, then select Login to access your account.

Security note: If you did not request a password reset, you can safely ignore the email. Your password will not be changed. If you are concerned about your account security, contact Encrisoft support.
